Before you subscribe
Do I need to install software?
No. Sanad runs in the browser and can be accessed securely from desktop or mobile.
Are all features open during the trial?
Yes. All features are open during trial; after it ends, plan features and limits apply.
Is Saudi pricing converted from Egypt pricing?
No. Saudi prices are entered directly in SAR as an independent regional price list.
Can I buy extra users or classes?
Yes. Each market has its own extra-user and extra-class unit prices beyond included limits.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Each plan supports monthly and annual pricing, and the applicable price is shown before a subscription or renewal request is submitted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Your nursery account shows available plans, and Sanad calculates the settlement for the remaining prepaid period before you submit the plan-change request.
What happens to the remaining value when I downgrade?
If a downgrade settlement leaves value in the nursery's favor, it is added to the subscription credit balance for future Sanad payments.
How can a parent follow the child's vehicle during a trip?
When live GPS is enabled for an active trip, Sanad shows the current vehicle location and ETA in the Parent Portal and sends an alert when the vehicle approaches the child's stop.
How is child handover secured from the nursery vehicle?
On a return trip, Sanad generates a child-specific PIN and QR. One must be verified and the receiver name recorded before handover can be completed.
Does the Parent Portal show the child's full day?
The Today screen combines attendance, meals, the daily report, outstanding invoices and transport status in one view, with detailed pages for each area.
Does Sanad support payroll in Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Sanad includes country-specific Simple Payroll: Egypt with payroll tax and social insurance, and Saudi Arabia with GOSI, SANED and occupational hazards within the supported scope.
Does Sanad calculate employee income tax on Saudi payroll?
No. Sanad Saudi payroll does not calculate employee salary income tax; it focuses on social-insurance contributions, earnings, deductions and employer contributions.
Does Sanad send notifications by email or WhatsApp?
Currently, Sanad notifications are in-app only. Email and WhatsApp delivery are not included in the current release.
How do promo codes work with monthly and annual billing?
A promo code can carry separate monthly and annual discount values, and Sanad applies the value matching the selected billing cycle subject to the code's validity rules.
